Creative Options Regina (COR)'s  annual Gentle Teaching International Conference is an incredible amalgamation of knowledge, support, and innovation. This conference brought together over 400 participants from around the world in support of health, mental health, disability, and education. We were honoured to bring our Balloon A Game to high-scale and high-impact event!

Inside-the-Install Details

This event was hosted in Hotel Saskatchewan - a multi-room, GORGEOUS venue. But that also means lots of space to fill and traffic to direct. The event facilitators opted for a wide, bright colour palette. We colour blocked this palette to create varies balloon features that created a cohesive, bright design without overwhelming the eyes!

The Colour Palette

Two words. Balloon Mosaics.

These babies were THE product of 2024 and we stayed up many late nights trying to figure them out (trust us). We're proud of the way we've tamed these massive projects! Mosaics are an excellent way to fill a large space (theatre, gymnasium, hall, etc.) They're also an excellent way to artfully display your event's name.

COR is COOL

Our city is awfully lucky to have Creative Options Regina. Committed to creating a culture of gentleness and support for all people, this charitable organization has the most incredible initiatives, events, and opportunities. We've had the pleasure collaborating on a handful of them, and we can't wait to work on many more.

Direct Traffic... Balloon Style

We've all been to a party and gotten lost looking for the bathroom, snack table, coat closet, etc. Now imagine that's a party of 400 guests from around the world! Signage is key when hosting a large-scale event. But that doesn't mean it has to be boring! Balloon arches help frame important conference rooms or halls. Custom topped columns direct guests, publicize your event, and add a focal point to a space! Think balloon pylons... but oh so much prettier.
